Renowned Chef Robbin Haas, director of restaurant concepts for Noble House Hotels and Resorts, designed the menu, which combines Pacific Northwest style cuisine with contemporary Pan-Asian and American influences.
The new menu includes crispy calamari; won ton salad with miso vinaigrette; 20 second seared salmon with warm potato, fresh herbs and mustard seed vinaigrette; and crispy whole snapper in Chinese black bean vinaigrette. |

The hotel boasts over 7500 square feet of meeting space with views of the downtown Seattle skyline or Elliott Bay.
Ten meeting rooms offer a warm and intimate atmosphere, while the Olympic Ballroom and Terrace Room provide flexible meeting space and outdoor decks. |
