The Edgewater Hotel was built in 1962 for the World’s Fair. The fourth floor was added around 1964. It remains Seattle’s only waterfront hotel. lobby Slow, rolling waves. The restaurant's new look was achieved through a mix of contemporary and Pacific Northwest styles. Using a palette of fire, water, timber, stone and steel, a concept was developed that reflects Seattle in the 21st century.

Saguaro Renowned Chef Robbin Haas, director of restaurant concepts for Noble House Hotels and Resorts, designed the menu, which combines Pacific Northwest style cuisine with contemporary Pan-Asian and American influences.

The new menu includes crispy calamari; won ton salad with miso vinaigrette; 20 second seared salmon with warm potato, fresh herbs and mustard seed vinaigrette; and crispy whole snapper in Chinese black bean vinaigrette.

Saguaro The hotel boasts over 7500 square feet of meeting space with views of the downtown Seattle skyline or Elliott Bay.

Ten meeting rooms offer a warm and intimate atmosphere, while the Olympic Ballroom and Terrace Room provide flexible meeting space and outdoor decks.

Bathroom With magnificent mountain views, beautiful banquet space, and consistent, high-quality levels of service, food and facilities, the Edgewater offers an ideal setting for social events of up to 200 guests. Bathroom Situated on Pier 67, guests are within walking distance of the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, Seattle Aquarium, Odyssey Maritime Museum, Victoria Clipper and Washington State Ferries.
