The Jerome Three on-site restaurants and two bars provide a full complement of dining choices within the Hotel Jerome.

The distinctive menu selections at the Hotel Jerome are created by Executive Chef, Todd Slossberg, recently nominated by the James Beard Foundation for the second consecutive year as "Best Chef in the Southwest."

The Century Room features masterful creations nightly amidst a comfortable, elegant setting. Signature items include Lobster and Crab Cakes with Spicy Fried Angel Hair Pasta, Native Rack of Lamb with toasted Barley Cassoulet and Lamb jus.

In the summer, The Garden Terrace is the ideal setting for elegant outdoor lunches and dinners.

Serving lunch, dinner, cocktails, and snacks daily from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Wedding Equipped to alleviate the stresses of planning any grand affair, the Hotel Jerome has a staff of meticulous on-site event planners to handle all arrangements, from organizing a rehearsal dinner for 20, to planning a wedding reception with dinner and dancing for 270 guests.
