On 82-acres, 125 individual hale (huts) offer guests a choice of picturesque garden views, tranquil lagoon settings and dramatic ocean panoramas. |

Nine styles range in size from intimate to large enough to accommodate multiple families. So distinctive is each hale that many guests request their same hale upon their return. |

There are three distinctive areas of the resort where the accommodations are located. The south side of the resort with the grassy and sandy areas, palm trees and tropical foliage is the favorite of most families or couples who enjoy a more South Pacific environment. |

The lagoon area is a favorite of many of our past guests who enjoy seeing and hearing the birds, ducks, swans and other wildlife found in very tropical settings. The water in the lagoons is brackish which eliminates most of the mosquitoes and bugs. |

All rooms include a private lanai, miniature refrigerator (stocked with complimentary beverages and mixers), coffee maker, safe, and daily maid service.

The Kona Village dining experience, featuring Full American Plan, emphasizes fresh island-grown vegetables and fish from local waters.
Our menus also offer light cuisine selections. Begin the day with old-fashioned country omelets and Belgian waffles at Hale Moana overlooking the bay.
Enjoy a sumptuous buffet lunch Al Fresco, just steps from the beach. Dinner offers a choice of two oceanfront restaurants: Hale Moana or the more formal and romantic Hale Samoa. |
